About Me
Sarah-Jane Ryan MIAHIP, MICP
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I lived in Berlin from 2016 to 2021, and worked with a large client group from many different backgrounds.
Prior to that, I graduated with an MA from University College Dublin in 2008 and trained for three years with the Tivoli Institute, obtaining a diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy in 2012. I received full accreditation with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy in 2016.
I have worked in several clinics in Dublin including Monkstown Therapy Centre, Insight Matters, and the Hanover Medical Centre.
I have completed courses on topics such as attachment theory, the mother/daughter relationship, Compassion Focused Therapy, coaching, shame, mindfulness and HSPs). Ongoing supervision with an accredited supervisor and continuing professional development ensure I work to the highest standard of practice.
